Sisters Mary Kieffer and Cyndie Cammack

On Saturday, September 6, 2008, Sisters Mary Kieffer and Cyndie Cammack made her perpetual profession of vows as a Dominican Sister of San Rafael. This was a very special day for their sisters, family and friends who joined in the celebration. The Mass and Profession were at St. Raphael's Church in San Rafael.

After professing their vows, Mary and Cyndie sign the Book of Professions and receive a ring as a sign of their commitment.	Sister Patricia Simpson, Prioress General of the congregation welcomes sisters, family, and friends.
Sister Christine Wilcox is our preacher.	Sisters Mary and Cyndie gather at the altar with Sister Patricia and their witnesses, as they express their desire to make this commitment for the rest of their lives.
The sisters kneel as "Veni Sancti Spiritus" (Come Holy Spirit) is sung.	Sister Mary professes her vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience.
Sister Patricia accepts Sister Cyndie's vows.	Father Bob Haberman blesses the sisters' rings.
Father Paul Janowiak says the final blessing over Sisters Mary and Cyndie.	Sister Cyndie's brother and mother rejoice with her.
Sister Mary's family continues to enjoy festivities after the ceremony.	Black and white M&Ms are strategically placed everywhere during the festivities!
